WebSocket cleanup export attestations 最小骨架
这页先把 export certificate 后面的最小 attestation 语义收起来。
当前先把 certified → attestation → attested 串起来，让 export certificate 后面开始有最小见证确认闭环。
当前最小 erasure attestation 语义
先把见证确认、完成和边界说清楚。
POST /api/coach/token-cleanup-audit-export-attestations：对 certified certificate 补最小 attestation
GET /api/coach/token-cleanup-audit-export-attestations：查看 attestation-opened / attested records
action=mark-attested：当前先补最小 attestation 完成动作
后续已开始接最小 witness：attested 后面开始可以往见证到场层继续串
selectedAttestation：当前开始支持按 attestation_id 回看单条 attestation
attested_by / attestation_scope / attestation_path_hint：当前开始带最小见证确认语义
这层只接 certified certificate，不假装成正式第三方见证系统
执行边界
这层已经有最小 attestation，但仍不是正式第三方见证系统。
这层是最小 erasure attestation 骨架，不是正式第三方见证、法律公证或监管报备系统。
先把 certified 后面的 attestation-opened / attested 语义串起来，让 certificate 后面开始有最小见证确认闭环。
后面如果继续推进，再补正式第三方见证、公证编号、监管留档和证明归集。
